Each calendar is designed to hang, displaying two weeks of suggestions for purposeful play multisensory, age-appropriate experiences that develop language, creative, coordination, music, thinking, and beginning math skills. Different themes become the focus of each week's activities to enhance a child's ability to make connections and see relationships. All activities require little or no preparation and use only materials parents are likely to have on hand. Each nondated calendar lets an educator start any time of the year. Parents have the option to spread the activities over a week, do everything in one day, repeat ideas, or do whatever works best.
